Quality journey of Mr. Sudip Dey started as a young postgraduate in a JCI core team and turned into multi-decade leadership in most of the Top Hospitals in the eastern India. Senior manager at the Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata, he drives patient-centric care by the development of accreditation, Lean, Six Sigma, and AI driven innovations. His work encourages safety, accountability and culture change. With CAHO’s backing, he is pushing forward statewide quality programs and striving to help standardize care, integrate AI and develop community-based safety initiatives across West Bengal.
