This article covers the session from the Doctors’ Day session, various issues surrounding the evolving dynamics of informed consent were discussed-indian perspective, legal, ethical, and digital concerns. Discussions on emergencies, parental refusals, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 were highlighted. With an attempt to emphasise on transparency, trust, and patient autonomy, the session has further brought about the dynamic shift-from passive consent to active engaging informed consent.
